WS Gaming is a LatAm-focused lottery operator expanding from a single-country retail business to 8-country digital-first lottery. Their original in-house site couldn't support rapid expansion and was rejected by 3 of 4 payment processors due to weak KYC. We delivered a multi-currency, multi-language lottery platform that aggregates draws from 18 national lotteries via S2S API, offers instant Keno and virtual scratch cards, and integrates with 5 regional payment processors including SPEI, PIX, Boleto, Davivienda and Tigo. Player registration to deposit time was reduced from 12 minutes to under 90 seconds, and the platform onboards 6,000+ new depositing players / day across the region.
